Product was slow in arriving as out of stock due to high demand but once received it took a matter of minutes to put it together and get the worm farm underway. Now using a combination of 2 compost bins and a worm farm due to high kitchen scraps and half a bag of general rubbish each week.

Over all experience was excellent both in terms of being dealt with as a customer and the actual goods involved. Previously I've had a selection of old baths for my worms but having to sell and downsize means they have to as well so this worm farm is perfecto!

Loving my new worm farm. Easy to set up and no issues. The instructions to flush with water every week is really helping with keeping the worms moist but also washing out the worm wee. I had a different worm farm and it didn't recommend flushing with water and it had an issue with bugs and smell.
