I have had a really disappointing experience with Tumbleweed. I ordered the worms on a Tuesday and a week later, they haven't even been dispatched yet. They then gave me a tracking number and it hadn't even been scanned at the post office. It was still pending so I'm so disappointed. I asked for a refund. They didn't allow it and explained they would send my worms anyway. They never even tried to sort through the situation with me. I have sent a few emails and told them that the experience was not the best. No apologies. Just very general responses back and I'm quite shocked at the communication of not even acknowledging that I have been upset.

Bad you have disappointed me. The worms arrived last Friday, But I am still waiting for the Worm Buffet Kit, So the poor worms are still sitting here with no home, I asked on Monday if they would die and was told they last up to a fortnight in the container, well its been 5 days of their fortnight 9 days to go, I am going away on the 13 of march holiday I fly out on this date. Hope the Worm Farm Buffet Kit has arrived before then. I don't understand Your company has always been excellent and prompt and the worm house has always arrived first so I could set it up. Pease work the problem out, I feel sorry for these poor little critters. And I don't want to send them back, they possibly wont make it.. HELP!

I checked that the worms had survived the postage. I found one alive and assumed the others were similar. I haven't yet checked the status of the farm. I suppose that it will take a bit longer to see definite changes.
