It’s leaking at the nozzle, because the rubber grommet supplied that is meant to provide a waterproof seal is to big and there are two plastic obstructions in the way to tighten to provide a water tight seal. The two plastic obstructions are pointless and for that reason alone I would Recommend this product, as the engineering is way off. If there is a smaller grommet to fix the engineering problem it will help. If the problem is not resolved I will request a refund and purchase from a competitor with a better design.

Purchased the Cafe Kit.its been 2 weeks now. Didnt see many worm at the begining thought they may be hiding checked the kit again today lucky to see 20 worms. The kit itself is very good and easy to set up. Plenty of videos online.

I found the Worm Cafe Kit a fantastic package to start a worm farm at home because it includes everything including the live worms. The booklet contains great advice for set up and maintenance which I have found super helpful! I love it because I’m converting food scraps into fertiliser for my plants rather than going into landfill. Delivery was quick and contains quality products created with sustainability in mind.
